Description of planned activities

REZ Agency manages the project “Workforce Development in SBK / KSB” by coordinating activities on workforce development in beneficiary companies. These activities will be financed from the Retraining Fund, which in the absence of financial support to companies during the pandemic will be a significant support for further growth and development.

The Retraining Fund will enable companies to organize training for existing and new workforce in order to respond to market demands in a quality and timely manner. Trainings will be organized in accordance with the individual needs of each company and mainly in the company’s workspace.

In addition to their own, companies will also use external workforce training capacities by hiring proven and specialized organizations to provide workforce training services. Planned trainings can be divided into two groups of trainings of higher level of specific knowledge – programming and management of operational processes.

A total of 15 trainings will be realized for 37 existing and 17 new workers according to the programs and methods selected by the companies that use the funds in the project.

Expected results

  • Number of beneficiary companies: 6
  • Number of trained people – employees: 37
  • Number of trained unemployed: 17
  • Number of new employees: 18
